If you could connect with one person from your past, who would it be and why?

Bad, bad, bad stuff has happened over here lately. Some of you know, but most probably not. Anyways, I thought I'd post a song that I've been listening to that assisted in writing one of the ending chapters of Tempus: Shadows on the Horizon, which is currently being proofread by a friend.
Won't tell you any more than that.
How were you punished as a child?
All kidding aside, I was basically spanked or had a privilege removed--like Nintendo playing time or something like that. Sure, they told me I deserved to be punished more. Sure, when they were my age, THEIR parents forced them to sleep outside naked or walk backwards up a steep hill with a boulder chained to their neck. I had it easy. No more Super Mario Brothers for a week and that's it.
I say they had it easy.
If you could, which film would you un-watch or which book would you un-read?

In the Name of the King: A Dungeon Siege Tale
Worst. Movie. Just... ever.
What is the quickest false assumption people make about you?

That I'm smart. :P
A weird thing happens when you have multiple passions and you're the type of guy who can't multi-task for the life of him...
So, my editing and writing has been put to a halt because I've become re-aware of my love for gaming recently. It used to be easier to do both, but work cuts a big chunk of time out of the week and the day. Besides, since I have to think like a maniac at work (I have been known to pull at my hair at work... seriously. It stimulates the thinking enzymes...), when lunch time comes around it's crazy hard to write anything usable.
Quite contrary to what I just said, I am still editing my 2nd novel and I'm working--extremely slowly--on two short stories that I came up with just recently while listening to music. I don't know, in a few weeks I'll smack myself and start back on writing, since my deadline was June...
Hey, I can't always be Mr. Serious Writer... I need play time.
If you could leave notes for the future, what message would you have left in the past for today?

"I would've had ultimate power over you, future me, but all I had was one post-it."
I've reached page 107 of 369 in editing Tempus Book 2. Surprisingly, a lot of things I wrote initially that I felt was too much or wasn't done right are passing with flying colors as I read the whole thing over again.
Tempus 2, will be another mystery, mixed in with some sci-fi and thriller elements. It will NOT be like Book 1, though. The universe of Tempus expands dramatically in book 2 and you're introduced to many new characters. And the overall plot thickens very nicely, in my opinion. Book 1 centralized on one mystery (the tempus murderer) and had a sub-mystery to compliment it (Jack Rooster). These were resolved by the end of the book. The book's world consisted mainly of Uncle Jim's house.
Book 2 is similar yet different. It has a central mystery, but the beauty of it is that the central mystery is made up for sub-mysteries. Each time a sub-mystery is solved, it sheds light on the overall story. At the moment I can think of 7 sub-mysteries in the book, each discovered and solved at different times. At first this seemed like a lot, but it's really flowing off the pages when I read it. I have a good feeling about it.
Book 2 also begins to shed some light on the Tempus timeline, which I will be making public very soon.
I've been able to get a lot done this past week because I'm on vacation and don't have to think of work or anything else. I can sit on the back patio and get inspired by views like this:
Unfortunately, I don't think I'm going to make my private deadline of June. I'm going to try my hardest, though.
